This PRIVACY NOTICE is published in terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (or by its acronym in English “GDPR”) for the European Union, as well as the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter “the Law”) and its other related, in order to ensure our customers, as well as our suppliers, the proper treatment and safeguarding of their data collected by MERA CORPORATION for the purposes that this same document provides, so it is made available to the owner of the data, the following information:
1. WHO SAFEGUARDS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM OUR SUPPLIERS?
The personal data that we collect from our suppliers, derived from the transactions that we carry out for the commercial activity of the company, are the following:
a) Name and/or company name;
b) Address;
c) Federal Taxpayers Registry;
d) E-mail address;
e) Telephone number;
f) Bank account numbers;
g) Various public instruments evidencing the legal existence of the companies and the powers of representation of their respective attorneys-in-fact.
h) Official identification (both of the interested party in its own right or of the person representing it).
MERA CORPORATION does not at any time collect sensitive personal data from our suppliers by any means. Sensitive data shall be understood as those specified in article 3 section VI of “the Law”.
4. WHAT DO WE USE OUR CUSTOMERS’ PERSONAL DATA FOR?
The personal data we obtain from our customers will be used for the following purposes:
a) To generate electronic invoicing regarding your consumption;
b) To attend all your opinions, complaints and/or suggestions;
c) Share experiences of your visit in our consumption centers through social networks and website.
5. WHAT DO WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA OF OUR SUPPLIERS FOR?
In the case of our suppliers, the information collected from them is used for the following purposes:
a) To confirm the legal existence, the commercial line of business and the powers of representation adequate for our business;
b) To generate payment orders;
c) To generate invoices;
d) To prove the declarations made in the civil and/or mercantile contracts that we make.
e) To establish a database of our suppliers in general;
6. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
Personal data obtained by MERA CORPORATION may be transferred without the consent of the owner in any of the following cases:
I.- When the transfer of data is made to subsidiaries or affiliates;
II.- When ordered to do so by a judicial requirement of the competent authority;
III.- When the transfer of data will be made to suppliers of payroll systems for our personnel, as well as customer billing systems;
IV.- In the other cases established in article 37 of “the Law”.
In the assumption established in the third section of the paragraph above, the data collected will only be used to process such steps, having a strict control agreement and treatment of personal data for their protection, limiting its use to reading and processing.
7. GUARANTEED RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER OF THE PERSONAL DATA.
You, as the owner of the information that MERA CORPORATION may collect, enjoy the rights guaranteed by “the Law” (called “ARCO Rights”) and extended by the “GDPR” itself, which are specified below:
– Right to be Informed and Access: which consists of knowing what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and what are the conditions of use to which they are subject.
– Right of Rectification: in case the information we have about you is erroneous, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, you may request the correction of the same with the exception of the provisions of article 34 of “the Law”;
– Right of Cancellation (or Right to be Forgotten): will operate when the owner of the data requests that we remove it from our records or databases, except for the cases provided by Article 26 and 34 of “the Law”; in any case, once the above is done, the owner of the information will be notified of the requested cancellation.
– Right of Opposition (or Right of Objection): the holder may object to what type of personal data we are handling for specific purposes or the way in which we process them.
– Right to Data Portability: the holder may request and obtain a copy of his/her data in electronic format and be able to transmit it for the purpose of being used in third party services.
– Right not to be subject to automated decision making: the data subject has the right to request human intervention in the processing of his/her data in order not to be subjected to processing based solely on algorithms.
8. BY WHAT MEANS CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?
The exercise of your rights as holder of personal data, may be carried out at any time, through the following means:
